Team's courses (minimum 10 persons) where cooking's professionals and experts in food production and in the history of umbrian ceramics will pass on their knowledge to the kind guests, introducing them into two areas that represent the highest expression of local culture.

The ancient tradition of our cuisine, to know and reproduce easily and the history of umbrian ceramics as a form of handicraft become excellence in the local productive line. this courses are taught in the days thursday, friday and saturday or from saturday to saturday.
